BAYACABAC ( 1902 ) - Bayacabac got its present name
from one of its native's name, " Cabac ". In the early days,
Cabac was popularly known for his wealth and generosity. His kindness
and readiness to give assistance to those who would seek help from
him made him famous. Because of his philanthropic attitude, Cabac's
popularity spread to the entire town of Maribojoc. The people who
come to him for any assitance would refer to his place as " Via
Cabac", the name Bayacabac was deribed.
