SAN VICENTE ( 1972 ) - This barangay was a sitio of
barangay Anislag named as Opong. The residents decided to separate
from barangay Anislag knowing that the said sitio would quality to
become another barangay. When the new barangay was created, the residents
changed the name Opong into San Vicente in honor of the patron saint
of the town of Maribojoc. San Vicente is the youngest barangay of
Maribojoc which was founded on July 13, 1972.
